The pretzels were bite size instead of full size like the pictures. A little deceptive but not a big deal. However th Pretzels & Beer Cheese only thing that was good was the cheese. Pretzels were hard and burnt and chipped my tooth when I bit into them. Only two were soft. Even after heating up for 15 seconds hoping it would soften them the were still to hard to eat. Wasted 8.50. Wish they would of been better because the cheese sauce was AMAZING

They didn't have jalapeño bagels so I ordered ciabatta. I didn't know what ciabatta was so I asked and the girl said it was a fluffy bread. I got my sandwich and it was literally just white bread. I also looked up ciabatta afterwords and it's definitely not a term for white bread. I don't think a white bread sandwich was worth $9.

I had asked for whipped cream and they never put it, I paid for that and every time I dont get it on my drinks, even ones that come with it.

It may not be a big deal to some, but I was nervous to drink the coffee or eat the muffin because it did not come with a sealed top on the drink, and the muffin wasn't even in a bag. Just an unsealed takeout container. I think this store should take more safety measures with delivery orders. Just a little extra step of putting the muffin in a sealed bag would have eased some anxiety.
