The items are all delivered in a grocery bag that is sealed. This seems like it would be great to protect your food in transit, however it allows steam to accumulate. Everything arrived soggy. The paper bag was so damp, it fell apart when I tried to pick it up. ... and soggy fries are the pits! Other than that, the CHEESE SLIDER SACK was the same as it alway is!

The CHEESE SLIDER CAL 170-180 was grainy like there was sand in them. Couldn't eat it. Also the STRAWBERRY SWIRL CHEESECAKE ON-A-STICK was missing. Another thing, they put each individual item in a separate bag, so I had like 5 bags with one item in each one, such a waste.

First time trying white castle and it was the Worst fast food i have ever had ! The fries were so soggy and cold ! The sliders did not have any sauce nor flavor ! The chicken and meat patties were dry and cold , so flavorless ! Im wondering if this branch provided bad food or the whole chain is trashy ! 0/10.
