The Whole Hog Cafe evolved from “a hobby that got out of hand.” When Whole Hog founders Mike “Sarge” Davis, Ron Blasingame, and Steve Lucchi entered the 2000 Memphis-in-May World Championship Barbecue…
MAN, I already gobbled my brisket sandwich down with a Side Mac & Cheese that was hot. Seriously steam came out of the container. I think a combination of a good restaurant and a great door dash driver!

I love the pulled pork BBQ Nachos and they did a great job sending them disassembled. However, the queso had dried, overcooked bits in it and they sent zero bbq sauce despite requesting extra. Not the usual experience. Thankfully, I had some Wright's BBQ sauce in the fridge.

I always get the Loaded Baked Potato with side of pork and it is usually fab. This time part of the potato was rotten. I took that big section out. But also the potato did not seem fully baked. There was also a lot of fatty bits in the pork, so not a lot of edible meat.

For the price I would go with Wrights or Sassy's. I ordered the ulimate plate. The meat was dry potato salad was soggy, and the ribs were chewy. I wouldnt order again

Rib Plate - 4 Bones
I don't usually leave bad reviews on any platform, but I was genuinely offended by the ribs. I cannot believe that someone actually thought it was okay to serve them. They had barely any meat on them, and I couldn't eat any of it, because they were SO old and hard.
I also tried the "taste of sliced brisket" and wound up paying almost $6 for a single small slice of admittedly delicious meat. The price led me to believe it would be more substantial, but "a taste" is totally accurate. Do not waste your money.
