Food tastes great and I asked for no chili on the fries as I was just craving some cheese fries... They put no chili but then barely but any cheese at all, a bit disappointing.. at least the fries are good

I have ordered this twice through door dash and both times they've messed up my sons burger. plain burger is not hard but everytime they send it with cheese and this time instead of a double they sent a single.... lobe the food but the service leaves alot to be desired.

Floats were melted, as if they made them too early and let them sit on the counter. Same with fries, ice cold and chewy. Gross and disappointing.
