My wings were hot. There are 9 boneless breaded wings per order. The breading on the boneless wings is too thick. It makes it difficult for the dry seasoning to adhere to the wings. The dill pickle, cajun, and hot seasoning did not disappoint. I only received approximately 4 carrot and celery sticks each despite the amount of wings I bought. The containers the dips come in are large enough for dipping. The ranch is delicious. If you use your dips for both wings and veggies, the portion is too small. All of my dislikes I blame on headquarters not on the franchisee.

Food was good. The Yukon chippers with dry salt & vinegar had zero vinegar taste. Only salt. I'm not sure if the flavor wasn't added or if it doesn't taste as intended, but I tasted absolutely no vinegar.
