The 10pc Traditional wings arrived cold, through no fault of the driver. Sending them in a box with holes in it, in cold weather seems odd, without a sheet of aluminum foil or something to keep the heat in. Have ordered here many times and never had this problem.
Flavor was good.

i got 10 wings and the big texan Big Texan' Chicken Sando and they were both delcious! But you lost me with not putting the sauce in the bag

The is good but lacks in the garlic parmesan flavor. It's also a little dry. This wouldnt be an issue if I received the sauce I requested. My fries came naked as well, although I wanted the sauce on them. The fries are still good though.
