They need to sort their wings so they dont clump and stick together.. Also read the order. I order the fries extra done everytime but they show up soft and squishy.

Barley any Hot sauce, not even all the way full and normal this never happens. The cheese fries bar have any cheese and they also never come out like this so I'm pretty disappointed in the outcome.

Got the 50pc Party Pack and was shorted 6 wings. There was barely any sauce on them and the dry rub lemon pepper barely had any rub on them. Fries were ok, and got wrong dips. Gave 2 stars because it was a larger order, otherwise a strong 1 star. May try a smaller order again from this location as other locations have been great experiences.

Food is amazing. My favorite fast food place. Unfortunately they often forget plastic utensils in dash orders. My most recent order was also missing my fries which are also very good. Door dash gave me a credit but it was disappointing to miss those. I would avoid the brownies and desserts. They are pre packaged and sometimes soggy.
