Waited an hour when it was only suppose to be 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, I asked how much longer it was going to take. Was told 6 minutes but it was much longer than that. They also didn't call out my name either when it was ready, so thankfully I looked and saw my order ready, otherwise I probably would've waited longer. Fries also weren't well done like I asked, but that was ok. Wish they were just better at their timing and their customer service. Not the best first time experience, but will probably order and try it out again.
