food was good, but the ranch cup lid was loose and spilled all over the bag. Also, parchment paper in the wings container was misaligned

The food was good but the bag was not secured. It was simply folded over. Fries were exposed on the top. There was no sticker on the drink to secure it either. If a stranger is handing my food lt should be secured so that I am confident eating it.

Chicken strips were over cooked looked nothing like the picture. My order was given to another lady while I stood there and they had to remake my order causing me to wait additional time.
