I love the wings but I have never been to this location and NOT had to wait. Their time management is terrible. I ordered Door Dash and the driver texted me and she she was waiting for my order. I felt bad because she could have picked up other orders.

Ordered the NEW! 3 pc Crispy Tender Combo and they gave me 3 wings instead. They could've asked to substitute for something but didn't. And in my opinion, dry rub isn't good on wings. Everything else was correct.

Chicken was alright... I ordered well done cheese fries and they didn't feel very crispy. I also couldn't get my large drink.

Wings were rubbery like they were undercooked and the orignal hot had no flavor and was not spicy at all.
