Love this place for tasty soup, food stays well during delivery depending on what ingredients you pick. I also like to go in-person since you get to select more ingredients per soup, but the wait can be long during peak hours so takeout is a great option. I like that they separate the soup from the rest of the cooked ingredients so they don't get soggy or overcooked, and that they give you a nice bowl to pour the soup into and eat out of. Great choice for a cold night or whenever you're in the mood for hot pot!

I ordered 2.5 lb of food and theres only two thin slices of beef and one slice of Napa. Instead I got many big pieces of rice cakes that i didnt order. It is very deceiving.
