Kare Rice
Kare - "Curry" was introduced to japan during the meiji period (1868-1912) by the british. It came into fashion more during the taisho period (1912-1926), when it became more affordable. But this isn't an history lesson, and there won't be a quiz later. Just know that our kare are hand-made, scratch-cooked, secret-recipe good!
