I recently placed an online order and was really disappointed with a couple of the items. The cream cheese muffin was burnt, dry, and very hard, and the banana chilla tasted like water with no banana flavor. When I called I was told to bring the items back, which defeats the convenience of ordering online and I told her I couldn't go. I was really looking forward to this, so this experience was upsetting although the Turkey Avocado (Hot) was good and had no problem with it. I wanted to share my feedback in case there’s a way to improve the quality moving forward.

My staff was happy to see the donuts and already premixed hot cappuccino. The donuts were fresh and the cappuccino was Hot and delicious! Delivered on time and we also got the insulated cups in the delivery for no extra charge. Make sure to click on the need Utensils tab! Well done. Thank you!
