The Laotian Fried Rice was a little more oily than I expected. It was good, but I like my rice a little drier.
Note: the Dancing Garlic Riblets have bone in them so don't go for a full on bite.
The peanut sauce is rich like I like it at most Pho Restaurants. The Fresh Rolls are quite larger than I expected which was a HUGE plus for me.

• DoorDash reviewCrispy Veggie roll - Hot, tasty and crisp. Pad Woon Sen (Glass noodles) Yummy. Laotian Fried Rice - very good. Plenty of food to share. Had enough to make a dish the next day by adding some leftover chicken and stir frying them together with a splash of water and a dash of soy sauce. Love Zaap.

• DoorDash orderthe taste and quality is always excellent. Pad Thai was the right spiciness for us and taste was superb, plus they separated the peanuts. Curry Fried Rice was great,but I personally like mine with more curry sauce. all in all great restaurant.
