First time I've ever received an order that was fixed exactly how I ordered it, made me very happy and the Fried Cheesecake Bites with Strawberry Sauce are delicious!!

Whoever made my fries today deserves a raise. They were perfect. Not too crispy or soggy, and the perfect amount of seasoning. The person that made my fries has it down to a science. Dude is the best

The fries tasted old and reheated, and bread was burnt. I usually don't have an issue with Zaxbys, but this particular meal was bad.

Fries tasted like they were cooked in old grease. Fried White Cheddar Bites were burnt and also tasted like old grease. I never get all of the sauces that I pay for.
