I did not get my money worth. 1 tiny egg roll for $4 is highway robbery. It was cooked so long until it was burned, hard and black. I will spread the word and I will never order from the Jacksonville AR Zaxby again. I was extremely disappointed!

They really need to check their workers at this point. There's no reason for old food and undercooked fries to be sent out to a customer. This place has really gone down. They have no concern for their customers. It's giving lazy workers. It's giving they're only there for a check. Zaxbys went from my favorite to being completely disgusted with him. I will not be spending my money here again.

Very disappointed. ordered 3 finger snack meal and upgraded fries to large with seasoning on the side. Received 2 fingers and small fries. fries were undercooked.
