Kickin Chicken Sandwich is always delicious. The fries were unseasoned, but cooked perfectly, so I could look past that! The shake was very good also and a great size for the price.

The food has really gone downhill. I ordered a Cobb salad and fried pickles. The salad was halfway filled up in its container, and I got 2 on the dipping ranch instead of ranch packets. The fried pickles were OVER cooked and put into their container fresh out of the fryer and the whole box was burned through... I could only eat maybe 3 or 4 pickles because they were hard as bricks or burnt to the side of the box. Grease was EVERYWHERE because it burnt slap through the bottom. Zaxby's used to be my favorite fast food place. But not anymore. Not even worth ordering from them anymore. THE FOOD IS TRASH NOW!! Bring back the old zaxbys.

I ordered at the end of the night but that shouldn't mean bad quality. I had two orders with fries and no ketchup was placed in the bag. The fries were hard and super salty. My salad looked like someone just threw the ingredients in it. Zaxbys food isn't cheap so I don't expect it to be bad. Don't eat at this location across from sugarloaf mall
