We love Zaxbys but it seems to be an ongoing problem getting the coleslaw and fries with the Chicken Finger plate. Once again we did not get the slaw and the fries were very few and skimpy. The chicken and toast were great as usual though. And their tea is very good as well.

The food was tasty, but the grilled chicken sandwich had so much ranch all over the container, etc., that it was difficult to eat without wearing it. They also put the onions in the salad that I asked to omit, and they forgot the drink.

Horrible service. I ordered the five piece tenders and I only got three of the smallest teners ived ever seen. Definitely order from Huey Magoos next time!

The food is always as expected! We love Zaxby's and I crave the cheesecake bites regularly. Sometimes they forget to add the extra sauces. Also I usually order no ice for my boyfriends drink because he gets home from work much later than me and they always put ice. I have to strain it out so the soda doesn't get watery. If they would make sure to read the order thoroughly it would be 5 stars.

Most of my fries were tiny and hard. I wasn't allowed to change my dipping sauce so I was given a sauce I hate. Not enough seasoning on the fries. Everything is usually fine but definitely not this time.
