I ordered the chicken salad, but I was really disappointed with how little chicken there was. Once everything was mixed together, there were barely any pieces just a few crumbs. For the price, I was expecting a good amount of substance. The salad itself was fine, but if you’re calling it a chicken salad, there should be enough chicken to make it worth it.

They gave me too many extra sauces. Now I have too many than I know what to do with. The Cobb salad was delicious but way too much salad and I couldn't finish it. And the kickin sandwhich was disrespectfully delicious. Will be ordering again.

The order was totally messed up. The chicken did not taste fresh but old and reheated. They ignored the sauce selection and they threw so much spicy sauce on it which made it inedible. The cheddar bites were paltry as if I ordered a small kid's portion. The drinks were stuffed with ice which means hardly any beverage and to top it off only one of the selected drinks was correct.

I love Zaxbys but it seems that every time I order it's as if the workers aren't reading the orders. I order the Asian Zensation Zalad™ - Fried with the Texas Toast and I get an egg roll instead....I ask for ranch and they give me me Blue Cheese instead. REALLY annoying...the workers need to take their time
