My 2nd time ordering Zaxby's, first time tasted good but arrived cold. This time it was warm enough to thoroughly enjoy. The Chicken Bacon Ranch Loaded Fries were amazing! I'm ready to order another already. Boneless Wings Meal had a great quality as well, just had a couple wings missing but the food was good enough to disregard.

Hit and miss. The chicken is sometimes chewy or the wings just have sauce drizzled on top and not actually tossed. They need a new cook. Worst Zaxby's in Jackson County.

Ordered the quesadilla with no ranch sauce, can't eat it....and was refunded 2.83 for something that cost over 11.00. And ordered the The Cobb Zalad® and there was no bacon on it.

Chicken was extremely hard and very dark, to point we could not eat it. I have to assume it is be we ordered about 1/2 hour from the cut off time. It must be bec we have always had great service and food from this loc in Braselton.
