The Chicken Bacon Ranch Loaded Fries I had order were poorly made by the texture of the fries down to the way they barely cut or chopped the bacon into smaller pieces; I had strips of bacon on fries . The chicken wasnt crispy as I know it should be because I just tried this same order in kennesaw and it was night & day.

The fries are cold and have no seasoning on them, the tea has no ice, and the chicken is dry and overcooked. I'm always hopeful the food will improve, but I'm often disappointed
