Presented and packaged beautifully. Hot and ready when I arrived. The Miso soup is super flavorful and I loved the spicy sauce served with the spring roll & gyoza. Sushi was really fresh-tasting too!

First time trying it and if I could rate it out of 5: I would give it a 4. The only reason it didn't get a 5/5 is because they forgot my miso soup that was included in the Pork KAtsu Bento; the bento was actually pretty good. Other than that, the rolls were pretty solid, the Zen Special Roll is definitely a must, and the portion for it was large! The roll and fish seemed to be pretty fresh. Price point was a little higher, but definitely would order again!

Really disappinted in the ramen. The broth for both was good, but the noodle bowl was clearly pre-made and had been sitting in a refrigerator. The noodles were dry, almost hard, and ice cold. Both noodle bowls were the exact same, despite ordering two different kinds of ramen that were supposed to have different ingredients. Also ordered edamame, which was the smallest portion ever. Skip this place and go or order from a WAY better option right down 146th St.

Everything was overall fine, but the Chicken Karage was extremely salty and overcooked.
The breading was flat and not crispy, they threw a lemon slice in there and it made everything even more soggy.
Not bad, but not great.

For the price this ramen is far inferior to another nearby restaurant that, unfortunately, doesn't DoorDash. The noodles are not too dissimilar from those you'd get from a package, being very thin and lacking the texture and fullness of good noodles. The broth lacks the flavor and richness of a well-prepared broth. The pork tasted fine but was sliced in uneven chunks and not handled with care. I am by no means a ramen connoisseur but this was incredibly disappointing.
