We love Zero's Grinders, but the 2 we picked up on Fri, 4/18, had entirely too much mayonnaise on them. The whole Grinder easily had between 1/8th cup and 1/4 cup of mayonnaise. Until it and all of the lettuce was scraped off, it dripped in huge dollops.
We'll still order from here but will just add the mayo at home.

The staff is fantastic! They were cooking the meatballs so it was going to take a bit of extra time and I received a personal call with profuse apologies for the delay; it was such awesome customer service! P.S. the meatballs were worth the wait! :)

I ordered crinkle fries, and received cold hard shoe string fries. The sub wasn't hot even though I arrived at the time door dash specified which was before my order was even brought up. The cookie was pretty good.
