“Zimi” is a variation from the Hellenic word for dough. Our dough is used to create a Real Authentic NY Bagel the old-fashioned way without cutting any corners. In the tradition of Old-World artisans, it is rare to find a bagel that has been through our process in its entirety. The result says it all, that's a Zimi Bagel!
Platters are served with extra Jumbo egg, a buttered bagel, roll or toast & two hash brown patties. We only use Boar's head® premium brand sausage & bacon breakfast meats! We only use Jumbo eggs.
