Me and my partner are moving away from Tampa and La Segunda will be one of the few things we miss!!! An absolute MUST for anyone in the area. Great portions, fresh ingredients, amazing recipes, and diligent hard working staff. And if your fav sandwich joint doesn't use La Segunda bread, then you should start looking for a new spot lol

Tried the breakfast sandwich again hoping my last bad experience was a fluke but no it was just as bad. Slightly burnt on the outside, no butter on it and the bread was under baked. They used to be famous for their Cuban bread and now they can't even bake that properly.

For the first time I was disappointed with breakfast sandwiches from LaSugunda. The bread was underbaked and lacked the palmetto leaf lines on top. You would think you were in Miami because of the bad bread. It will be a while before I go there again.
