the Chicken Pho is great as always. I usually get their fries which are so crispy and taste great with Sriracha ketchup, but decided to opt for the Pork Egg Rolls (3pcs) which were good too and the sweet and sour sauce paired really well with it.

Overall, a very good meal, and my order notes were read and accommodated. Subtle flavors, nothing was overcooked or undercooked, not at all too salty, the chicken just slipped off the bone, so tender, and impressive variety of side vegetables. The noodles had texture and not overcooked, which is essential with noodles. However, no garlic was present in the Garlic Stir-Fried Egg Noodles and instead, too much grated carrot. The noodles had the overpowering flavor of carrot. Would have preferred the garlic, such as the roasted cloves in these noodles I've seen in photos, or, at the very least... some garlic. Good portion sizes. Will order again... and will note to please have garlic in the noodles, not so much grated, overwhelming carrot.

The Beef Pho was crazy delicious. My first time trying Pho, but pretty sure this is some of the best out there. The meat was so tender after it cooked in the broth and man what a filling serving, that is a whole lot of food. 10/10 highly recommend

The Shaking Beef was flavorful and had a generous portion. Tried the Chicken Pho instead of my regular beef pho and was pleasantly surprised. Will definitely get both again!
