We’re officially hooked, and proudly so! We just ate at Aaliyah’s Ricos Hotdogs & Tacos again (peep the pic — that’s our actual order!), and they have ONCE AGAIN blown our minds! This place continues to exceed our already sky-high expectations with over-the-top deliciousness and unmatched service.
From the Sonoran Hot Dog with fries to the Hot Cheetos Hot Dog with fries, the Taco Salad, Sonoran Dog with Bacon, and those cold, refreshing drinks — Jamaica and Horchata — every single item was bursting with flavor, freshness, and love.
Let’s be real: You’re not going to find better flavor, better quality, or better care anywhere else. Aaliyah and her incredible team — who are clearly family by blood or by heart — treat every dish like a masterpiece and every customer like family.

AALIYAH’S RICOS HOTDOGS & TACOS: THE GOLD STANDARD OF SMALL BUSINESS PERFECTION!
Here we are again — and YES, I’m raving once more because Aaliyah’s Ricos Hotdogs & Tacos just doesn’t miss! We ordered pickup through DoorDash this time, and just like every other visit — the food was phenomenal and the service was top tier! They seriously set the bar for what every small business should be.
Let’s talk food first (because WOW):
Shredded Steak Chimichanga Plate — I'm officially obsessed. This is a new lifetime craving. Crunchy outside, juicy and seasoned-to-perfection inside — it’s pure magic.
Chile Relleno Burrito — If there’s a burrito heaven, this one’s sitting on the throne. Perfectly FANTASTIC doesn’t even begin to describe it!
Sonoran Hot Dog — Hands-down, without question, THE BEST in town. We’ve tested around — you won’t find a better one within 50 miles. Period.
And let’s take a second to shout out Aaliyah herself, her incredible family, and her team of rockstar employees.

Back Again — and STILL Blown Away!
We just went back to Aaliyah's Ricos Hotdogs & Tacos, and let me tell you… they did it AGAIN! Top tier food. Top tier service. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME.
This time, I had the Chile Relleno Burrito, and I’m not exaggerating when I say it was one of the best I’ve ever had in my life! Perfectly roasted chile, stuffed to perfection, wrapped in a warm tortilla blanket of joy — it was rich, flavorful, cheesy heaven in every single bite!
It’s honestly rare to find a place that nails it every time, but Aaliyah’s? They’ve mastered it. From burritos to Sonoran dogs, asada to fries — the quality, taste, and consistency are always chef’s kiss. And don’t even get me started on the service — warm smiles, friendly vibes, and genuinely caring people who make you feel like a VIP every time.
There’s no such thing as an "off day" here. Just pure deliciousness and a whole lot of love in every dish.

Five Stars All the Way!
If you haven't been to Aaliyah's Ricos Hotdogs & Tacos yet — what are you even doing with your life?! This place is an absolute gem and easily one of our all-time favorites! Every single visit blows us away with how consistently amazing everything is.
The asada burritos with fries are a total flavor bomb — packed with juicy, perfectly seasoned beef and wrapped up like a gift from the food gods. Then there’s the mummy burritos with fries — HELLO, obsession! — cheesy, savory, and ridiculously satisfying. And let's not even get started on their Sonoran Dogs with fries — they are hands-down some of the best you'll ever have. Perfectly grilled, topped with all the right goodies, and just pure happiness in every bite!
Not only is the food out of this world, but the service is next-level amazing, too. Always greeted with big smiles and treated like family every time we walk through the door — it makes the whole experience even better!

The shrip quesadilla barely had cheese and had a total of maybe two shrimps. The chicken quesadilla was hardly any better. I definitely don't recommend ordering any quesadillas here. I wouldn't be surprised if they skimp on other items.
