The pork tasted off...dont know how to describe it. But I had to discard most of the pork.

The tonkotsu ramen used to be my favorite but the broth just doesn't have the savory flavor it once had when they were open on Colley Ave. I dont know what has changed but I was disappointed. The ramen was mid.
