Larger burritos, filled with meat and not just the cheap stuff (cheese, eggs, etc.). Carne Asada nachos are always great, and they don't skimp on the near there either, although sometimes the chips are a little stale.

The Breakfast burrito never fails to slap! Ultimate hangover/bad morning cure with a little bit of salsa verde. Consistent product and they always have it out within the specified time. My top Fort Collins recommendation for a cheap, easy breakfast. TheirCoke is nice and crispy too.

Everything is always amazing from here. It is always fast, hot and fresh - the tortillas for the burritos are the best in town, the fish tacos are straight forward, affordable, fresh, delicious and probably the best you can get in Colorado. Try everything - it's all good.

Let me start by saying I am an enchilada snob. That's my staple dish at every Mexican restaurant.
These are far and away the BEST takeout enchiladas I've ever had (probably best enchiladas period). Incredibly well portioned, flavorful, and spicy.
I know exactly where I'm ordering from Everytime I get that craving (several times per week)!

I LOVE THIS PLACE. They have the absolute BEST breakfast burritos - out of every place I've tried in Fort Collins , this is my favorite. Horchata is also perfectly made ! 10/10
