Let me preface that I ordered through door dash. Although the flowers were pretty, I am highly disappointed in the card they sent. I included a printed card saying"happy birthday mom, I love you etc". However they sent a blank card with the name written "Cindy S" on it with what looked like a 5 year old writing. My mom called me to see if I ordered flowered because it didn't have any note. I would never have ordered if it was going to be this unprofessional.
