Always good in substance (ingredients+process), but the extra care taken by the staff there to do things right makes all the difference in the world and is most of the reason I keep paying the premium to get my ice cream and shakes here. Vanessa, for example, works so much it seems like she lives there yet when I order delivery she still always makes an extra effort to help you get an awesom alternative whenever you're a out the cancel because they've sold out of a favorite flavor. When I'm in the store, I know milkshakes are more trouble to make than ice cream cones/bowls, yet they've always made them with care and a smile and not like most places made me feel like I'm imposing on them with my order. Great place as of this review - I hope it doesn't change
