AMAZING PACKAGING!!! Seriously, I usually struggle with ramen places and their to go packaging. Food was hot, broth is separate from the noodles so you can heat up the broth if need be. Crab Rangoon is also amazing!!! Only thing that would make this perfect is sweetner options for the tea. Otherwise this place is 10/10 will be DoorDashing from here way more!

I'm not the reviewer type but this is likely the 30th time I've ordered from Ampersand and it's just the best. The veggies are amazing, the ramen is hands down the best---better than my fave NY restaurants (I love Ippudo but this is better). The ginger is sharp, the marinated eggs are perfectly jammy everytime and the pork is rendered to perfection: crispy yet melts in your mouth . I love their pickling too--it's all so well balanced. Best kept secret.

Always worth it! The Tonkotsu is amazing. The Broth is heavenly. Pork Chashu Egg Roll is so juicy and full of meat for $5!

It's really hard to find good ramen in columbus, but I must say this is now my new go to spot for sure. The broth for the Tonkotsu ramen was savory and full of flavor. the portion size was decent. However, I do feel that they needed more meat and more broth. the amount of other things you get in the bowl in comparison to the broth amd meat makes the ramen seem dry and lacking. you have to search for juice at the bottom of the bowl and are only half way done before your meat is gone. then your left with basically a vegan bowl. Also i ordered very spicy and by my standards it was medium spicy at best. I will say to be fair I have a higher spice tolerance then most and my version of medium might be your version of hell fire in your mouth.. so keep that in mind. Those are my only two complaints. I would order more broth and more meat with your bowl. but flavor wise this was delicious. 4/5 for sure. Will order again.

The food is fine, but used to be much better in overall quality. For example, every item is now too salty, the Tonkotsu is described as being (and used to be) made with broccolini but just uses broccoli florets, and eggroll has shrunk (still yummy). If you have never eaten at Ampersand, expect average and you will not be disappointed.
