I am so disappointed because not a single item of the thali was good. Waste of money and time. I ordered veg thali and delivered item included a non veg curry. Papad and poori was full of oil and half cooked. Rasam was just water. Sambar and veggies had no taste to it. Rice is half cooked as well and dry. Don’t know how they can provide dishes in the name of food that are just junk. Would never order again here. Packaging was the only good thing as the items were individually wrapped.

I ordered a Thalapakati mutton biriyani from this restaurant today and it was extremely disappointing! It was mostly just rice and only a couple of bony pieces of mutton without any meat!!

It's your luck whether you get fresh food or not.
I feel chefs are good, taste is good BUT you mostly won't get fresh food when you order. It will be from stored department. Chutney and Medu Vadai will be definitely from fridge. This is the main reason I think twice before I order. Food doesn't seem fresh.
