I didn't realize so much changed about Arby's. I haven't had them in awhile but my Curly Fries (Small) were very hard and crunchy. Salted Caramel & Chocolate Cookie recipe changed but is still tasty. Spicy Chicken Slider used to be a nice sized buffalo sauced slider. I mean the picture looks the same but now you get a spicy glaze on a teeny tiny slider with teeny tiny hard, crunchy and dry chicken. Would not recommend anyone order here ever again. I will not. Oh and shame on door dash for always offering direct to you for 3 extra dollars even when no one is in line and the order would go straight to you anyway.

driver did their job and quick too, Arby's gave me the wrong size shake charged me for a large and I got a medium, gave me the wrong size beef n cheddar too, taste was great but I don't like to be charged $7 more than I need to be

I customized and added multiple things to my buffalo chicken sandwich and was charged for it and when I received the food I ordered the dasher, whom was very friendly and prompt, advised me that they had to give me the buffalo sauce on the side...Ok...No big deal but then as I am putting the sauce on the sandwich I noticed it was just a plain roasted chicken sandwich with none of the things I had asked and paid for and I had added all the extras available on the app so it's was a bit more on price than normal. I understand people make mistakes as I have made them too working in the food industry but looking at those screens and first and foremost recognizing the sandwich about to be made...reading and understanding what type of sandwich would then let me know how to start my build on the item displayed. I could understand missing one change to the item but there were several add ons for this item to which I received none and seems like the person responsible for the mishap had neglected a major step in the process of making my food and that can come with serious consequences if a customer has a food allergy. Would be nice if I could be compensated somehow.

Mozzarella sticks are 2/7.00 at the restaurant. On this app they are 7.00 each!! I won't make that mistake again.
