• DoorDash orderMaybe its because I ordereda bagel at 6pm but the bagel felt like it came from a midwest panera just before close. The bagel was actually cold (like refrigerated ?) and hard and just not a great texture

• DoorDash orderI often get bagels from here since i work nearby and they know whose order it is whenever we walk in the door.Today someone new was at the store who was the most rude person weve encourered here.Zero costumer service skills,acted like she was doing the store the biggest favor by being there.She seems like a new hire and based in this interaction i can see why sh didn't have a job before.
