Singapore Style Vermicelli / Bún Xào Kiểu Singapore were not the curry style I'm used to, tastes more Filipino pancit. A16. Cucumber In Spicy Garlic Sauce / 拍黄瓜 / Dưa Chua Tỏi was perfect! Nice and spicy with a great tang and crunch.
