The cashier was great she took the time to make my order since it seemed like I was forgotten. She deserved her own tip. Plus the salad was DELICIOUS!

We ordered 5 main entree items, plus a large queso and guacamole and we only got half a bag of chips. It wasn't enough to finish the dips and was much less than you receive when you go in a Baberitos. Super disappointed.

There was barely any chicken in the bowl, the chips were extremely salty, and I got no napkins or silverware. $20 for a bowl, I'd expect more

This is my least favorite Barberitos, ordered on my lunch break, I couldnt even eat it. Tortilla was undercooked & ingredients weren't fresh.

2 burrito bowls came without rice and chicken, but they charged us for the full price. When we call them later they said there are sorry that they were out of rice, but they didn't call us and sent our orders anyway. We were told that we are gonna get refund, we'll see how it goes!
