paid an extra $4.50 for a mini flake, rip off, and it's marked not for individual sale! such a small One Scoop Cup for $9 as well

Jess at the Applecross store looks after her customers and always writes kind little notes on the Uber eats delivery which make my day!

Didn't have icecream in stock but still confirmed order, then waited until Dasher arrived at store before calling me using the Dashers phone, to tell me they didn't have the ice cream in stock. After the phone call, the Dasher had to "wait at the store" for the order to be prepared. In total, it took over 45 minutes to "prepare the order". It was very inconsiderate of the Dashers time.
