They're not scoops of ice cream. Always mini scoops, scoops so small they're almost non existent. Maybe two bites, especially the one on the very bottom. Not worth it anymore.

First, I only received one of the two Reese's sundaes. Then, this is what I received. I can guarantee that I wouldn't have received something of such poor quality if I had been in the store. It looks like it was missing at least one scoop, they didn't layer it at all like the photos, just a bad overall experience. I've never had problems like this when buying in person so I guess that's my only option. Can't believe they had the gall to charge $10.75 for this result.

The shakes and ice cream was good just not exactly what I ordered, I ordered 2 Oreo shakes and an Oreo capuccino blast. What we received was 1 cappucino blast, 1 chocolate shake and they forgot one so we got the tird one correct because we told them there it was to be Oreo. They were extremely bisyat that time. Customer service was good she made it as soon as we told her one shake was missing.
