Hand packed is almost $4 each than per-packed. Hand packed does not mean leave a big open area of missing ice cream at the top.

I love Baskin Robbins! Unlike other local stores, Baskin Robbins always answers the phone. The girls I speak to are always so nice. I stopped ordering from panda express because no one will ever answer when you have a question. I am a loyal fan and customer of Baskin Robbins and the store is great.
