My order was a sundae and had no whip cream and barely any fudge on it. On top of that it was all of one scoop or if that 2 kids size scoops. I have ordered it multiple times and that was by far the worst ones ever made.

Very bad service from the restaurant. I ordered a brownie sundae, and they were so light on everything. The cup was half empty. I was almost like, did I seriously pay 17 dollars for this. I know its a pandemic, but there is no excuse for cheating your customers out of what is suppose to be a quality product. There was a negligible amount of ice cream. It looked like they used a teaspoon instead of an icecream scoop to scoop out the ice cream. There wasn't much strawberry topping, nuts were ok, no whipped cream. It was just a sad experience.

Ordered here a few times. This store gives the smallest portions. Ordered a double scoop and barely got 2 kids sized scoops. Ordered the snickers layered sundae and it barely filled half the cup. Disappointing.

This is the second time I have ordered multiple sundaes all came with no chopped almonds or cherries. Tried to talk to employee at store and got a response of "if its not on the receipt we dont need to put it". Tried to explain that the description of the product states that it comes with chopped nuts and cherries. Employee was no help. Make sure if you want items that usually come on a sundae you pay extra for them so they are on the receipt.
