It costs $3 more to get the fresh packed ice cream! One of my quarts was supposed to be fresh-packed and it wasn't!! Not to mention the fresh packed chocolate just tastes better!!

Shakes need to be made thicker even with a direct dasher end result is a cup of milk with ice cream toppings floating in it.

When you add that much milk in a milkshake it doesn't resemble ice cream at all. Even afer including a noet to please make it thick because of past orders.

They forgot the Oreo topping I had to pay a dollar extra for and there are random ice cube pieces- not ice cream just ice-in my ice cream
