The ice cream was exactly as it should have been, but the container looked like it'd been packed with sticky hands. That's my only complaint - partially dried ice cream on the outside of the container.

Both Sundae's were pure chocolate sauce and cookie bits. There was little to no ice cream which made for an overly sweet melted mess.

the 3 Scoop Sundae wasn't even 3scoop like the picture they show when you get it it's tiny scoops and the Banana Split was not made well they need lessons in presentation sorry but we like the store thank you for listening.

We have ordered from this location many times before but we were very disappointed in our order this time, barely any ice cream in one sundae and the other one had the hot fudge poured on top so it was almost completely melted but the time it got here. The fresh packed quart we ordered for our kids wasn't in the bag either.
