Como es posible que en este vazo quepan 3 scoops cuando yo eh ido a l tienda y asi no se mira el vazo de los 3 scoops ?

I've ordered this several times and received this order with a 2/3 full cup. It's usually filled all the way to the top of the cup similar to the picture in the menu. There was barely any chocolate sauce in one of them and none in another
