everytime I order, they call and say they don't have something. they were going to delete my whole order. the kids scoop didn't even make it over the rim of the cone. will not be ordering from here again

I am not sure what is going on with Baskin Robbins. My last two orders have been incorrect. Instead of using caramel, they were placing chocolate on my sundaes. I am allergic, so I cannot eat the product.
