I ordered Baskin-Robbins and tried to order the non-dairy ice cream, but they were out of stock. It would be helpful if they kept their inventory updated to avoid disappointment. Hopefully, they’ll improve this in the future!

Missing banana on a banana royale. Discontinued topping that is still available as a choice on menu, and refused to do an exchange for my bother of driving there. Disappointing at best

Smallest Double Scoop ever....if you're going to charge almost $9.00 for a Double Scoop, it sh loo like two actual scoops. Just sayin' -

Sundaes did not come with whip cream , nuts and a cherry. Drove to the store to ask for whipcream and had to pay an additional charge. Sundaes, by definition, should come with whip cream nuts and a cherry.

Dasher was great. Quick to deliver and followed instructions. However, Baskin Robbins in Windsor, CA did not send me what I ordered. I order a cookie and cream Fudge Roll Cake and they send me a cookie dough with confetti cake. This isn't the first time that this Baskin Robbins has sent me something wrong or poorly made in place of what I ordered. They could have called me. The cake is good but not what I paid for.
