When a customer orders 2 of a particular flavor in a Double Scoop, you need to make sure there are 2 in the bag befiresending it iffwith the Dasher.

When I pay $40-50 for a dessert, I expect it to be checked and correct. This time I ordered 2 qts of World Class chocolate from Baskin Robins. Only one was delivered. Our Door Dasher picked up the items in a sealed bag. There was one quart missing. Our receipt clearly stated we paid for two qts. Baskin Robins, you can do better than this. It’s happened to me on several occasions.

Baskin Robins used to be our favorite place to order from but sadly, they consistently leave parts of our order off. It's bad enough that prices are out the roof now, but to pay $15 for 2- double scoops of ice cream (so four scoops in total) just to have 1/2 the items delivered and someone either ends up without their treat (usually me since I'm mama and have to give mine to whomever did not get what they asked for) or wait while we have to re~order theirs. I know we're in crazy times but I look forward to a time when businesses like this get back to excellence.

The flavor I ordered wasn't available and that was the entire reason for ordering. If a flavor isnt available, then it needs to be updated in the choices. Then what I requested as the replacement was wrong.
