We had the Carter Steak Wrap, the loaded hash rounds, some running special that had a loaded omelette on a brioche bun, and the Nutella marshmallow topped French toast. The wrap and omelette sandwich came with a choice of side and we just wanted to try the hashrounds without the extra toppings. The ones that came with our meals were super crispy and packed with flavor. The ones on the loaded app were a little soggy but that's probably because there were toppings on them. Overall, absolutely incredible. That sandwich was amazing and the maple sausage doesn't miss. Our kids couldnt get enough of the nutella french toast. The wrap was bomb. Sandy was an amazing lady to talk to. I hope you guys continue to thrive!!! One of the best food trucks I've ever had.

Wendell burger was absolutely delicious. The buttery bun was sweet, soft, and nicely toasted. It paired well with the salty-sweet beef patties that were both cooked perfectly. Had plenty of stringy cheese and sauce to make this burger a juicy delectable of meaty goodness. Without a doubt I will be getting this again. The hash round was big and tasted so good that it almost outshined the burger. The seasoning and crust went well with the cheese and chewiness of the potato. Reminds me of latkes more than hash rounds. Overall, excellent.

Few places, especially after being delivered having sat in a strangers car for time long enough to become cold and soggy, does an eatery achieve a 5/5 perfect score for me. Most of the time there is something able to be nitpicked, a minor flaw in the preparation. However Bearded Chef left me delighted, not only was it culinarily perfect but a work of art in a plate. I don't think it is literally possible to exclaim enough how much I recommend them. Their only flaw is not being open often enough time for me to eat their food. An absolute must try!
