Update to yesterday's review
Nick from Belle's contacted me regarding the problems stated in my prior review. He was most apologetic about the oversight and insisted they reimburse me for the order. I appreciate his prompt reply and desire to correct the situation. It demonstrates to me that while occasional mistakes are inevitable, the way in which the business handles them is the true measure of their integrity.

Obsessed with their everything bagels!!!! The 1/2 dozen (or any quantity) is the way to go! Their sesame, salt, and poppyseed flavors are lovely too! Im very picky about the toppings ratio and texture of bagels (I grew up on NY and NJ bagels) and these are amazing!

Absolutely phenomenal cashew cream cheese! I'm not vegan, but I prefer the cashew to the dairy cream cheese. Belle's Bagels are magicians! The bagels are so dope too. The cacio e pepe bagel was incredibly rich and good. Love this place!

They did not include lox in my bagel. I assumed that since I chose an McB - per the picture and it being described as a "classic lox sandwich"- that lox would automatically come included within it, however, it wasn't. As far as I can determine, I was still charged the same amount as though it had been. I'm really hoping this was just some kind of weird one-off oversight on their part (and if so, fine, I know we all make mistakes) and not done intentionally to maximize profits because I really like their food which usually is excellent. Nevertheless, I am extremely disappointed by this as I order from them on a regular basis - at least once or twice weekly (although not this particular order selection). So, my advice is to double check the selections you make - or don't make - carefully, even when you believe they are automatic selection defaults.
