I was looking for something healthy while traveling for work and this place was exactly what I had in kind. The food is delicious and has healthy ingredients. Huge variety of food and even the small Grain & Veggie Simple Bowl is a lot of food (for a low cost). If you like spicy and hot, get the hot sauce for an added kick.

Ben's is absolutely unreal. I go feral for Ben's. It's economical and filling and delicious. The meats (chicken, pork are what I've tried so far) are perfectly cooked and so, so tender. My favorite sauce is their lemon thyme which is perfectly lemony. Sure, it's easy batchcooking, but Ben's is perfect for healthy fast food. I buy multiple bowls as meal prep for a couple days!

I wasn't expecting the (V) Chickpea & Potato Mixed Bowl to be so good and that filling. I ordered the Clean Vegetables thinking the bowl wouldn't be filling enough but it was such a good portion size. If you're vegetarian, don't hesitate to order. The lemon thyme dressing/dip was amazing. I wish I found this place sooner!

Thank you thank you thank you Ben for your healthy, clean & balanced fast food. I recently caught the documentary Beyond Weight Loss on Prime & it was eye-opening. So when I cleaned my house all day & didn't feel like cooking after a full day I turned to DoorDash for something "healthy" but didn't expect much. It tasted fresh, appears freshly-cooked, & was a great deal. I had about 1/3 of it & put another 2 servings in the fridge for tomorrow. Best part is my belly is whisper quiet unless if I'd had pizza or burger or pretty much anything else from a restaurant. It made me feel like I nourished my body & brain instead of like I stuffed my face with mostly empty calories. And the Dark Chocolate Cashew Pudding, my goodness it's delicious & satisfying & I am so happy I finally gave Ben's a shot.

Ben's food hits every. single. time. I love the Chicken Hearty Bowl , it's fresh, filling, nutritious, & freakin' delicious. The chipotle sauce is AMAZING & so is the chickpea & potatoes. But best of all is the price, no more spending double the money just trying to be healthy. Making nutrituos food accessible is so very necessary.
